Refund Policy

Please contact us at [email protected] within five business days of receiving your products to initiate a return and refund. If five business days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused, and in the same condition, you received them. Any items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will NOT be accepted for a refund. We do not offer returns due to scent preferences or mistakes in the ordering process for which we are not at fault. Also, the buyer is responsible for postage to resend packages that have been returned to us for any other reason.

REFUND: Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within five business days.

CANCELLATIONS: When placing an order with us, you agree to our no-cancellation policy. However, once you review your products, should you be unsatisfied, please refer to the Refunds and Exchanges Policy.

RETURNED ORDERS: Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a buyer has entered an incorrect address, they are responsible for the additional postage required for Lightheart Candles LLC to resend. Also, the buyer is responsible for postage to resend packages that have been returned to us for any other reason.

EXCHANGE POLICY: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [email protected].
